Fully designed by an established American architect, the first floor of the triplex is an open space almost entirely dedicated to entertaining. Living rooms, a dining room and dining area are positioned around the main focal point: the luxurious kitchen island. A glass- fronted wine cellar conceals access to storage rooms, a dressing room and a bathroom.

The second floor accommodates three bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a cinema and office.

The top floor is entirely dedicated to the owner’s master bedroom, with a large conservatory on the terrace – a winter garden suspended over the patio – and two bathrooms and dressing rooms.
